Keep Your Muse Brushes Pristine
Your Muse Beauty brushes are crafted to help you achieve flawless makeup results every time. With the right care and maintenance, these brushes can remain a part of your beauty routine for years. Keeping them clean and hygienic not only ensures better performance but also protects your skin from potential issues.Â
Follow these easy steps to keep your brushes in top condition and performing at their best.

STEP 1
Gather Your Cleaning Supplies
Gentle brush cleanser or mild shampoo
Lukewarm water
Clean towel or paper towels
Brush cleaning mat (optional)

STEP 2
Wash Your Brushes
Wet the bristles with lukewarm water, keeping the ferrule (metal part) and handle dry to prevent loosening.
Apply a small amount of cleanser to the bristles.
Gently swirl the brush on your palm or a cleaning mat to work up a lather.
Rinse thoroughly under running water until the water runs clear.

STEP 3
Reshape And Dry
Gently squeeze out excess water with a clean towel.
Reshape the bristles to their original form.
Lay the brushes flat on a towel with the bristles hanging off the edge of a counter to dry completely. Avoid standing them upright while wet to prevent water from seeping into the handle.

Storage Tips

Lay Flat To Dry
Lay flat or at downward angle to dry. This will keep water from seeping into the ferrule.

Avoid Damp Areas
Store brushes in a cool, dry place to prevent bacterial growth.

Use Protective Cases
When traveling, use a brush case to protect the bristles from damage.
When to replace your brushes
Even with proper care, brushes will eventually wear out. Replace them if:
- The bristles are fraying or shedding excessively.
- The brush no longer holds its shape
- The performance has diminished despite regular cleaning.
