If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
- We accept returns of unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
- Please email us at shopmusebeautys@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if necessary.
- Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions within 2-3 business days.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Products
- If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shopmusebeautys@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging.
- We will replace the item or offer a full refund (including shipping costs).
Non-Returnable Items
- For hygiene and safety reasons, used brushes, tools, or accessories are non-returnable unless defective.
- Limited edition or promotional items may also not be eligible for return unless defective.
Exchanges
- We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order separately.
