Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday–Friday).
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• During peak periods, sales, or special launches, order processing times may be slightly extended — we appreciate your patience!

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping (India): 3–7 business days — ₹99
  (Free shipping on orders above ₹999)
• Express Shipping (India): 1-2  business days — ₹199

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and courier service conditions.

We work with trusted courier partners like Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
• You can track your order using the link provided or directly via the courier service’s website.

International Shipping

• At this time, we currently ship only within India.

Address Changes

• Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.

  We cannot guarantee changes after your order has been processed.

Undeliverable Packages

• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

• Once your order has been marked as “delivered,” Muse Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the courier service directly for assistance.
